Your Internship

Palawan Village Healthcare Medical Internship in the Philippines

Whether you’re a licensed medical pro, aspiring to enter the medical field, or just passionate about helping out, we’ve got an opportunity for you. Join us in Aborlan, Palawan, where you can help improve healthcare by working directly in the field or teaching the local community essential first-aid skills and personal hygiene tips. Your support can have a lasting impact!

Step up and make an impact in Aborlan, Palawan, where healthcare needs are urgent and resources are limited.

The municipality is on a mission to tackle public health challenges, but with too few healthcare workers, your help is essential. Many people, especially in the rural areas of Aborlan, struggle to afford basic healthcare and rely on the free services offered by the town’s Rural Health Unit/Clinic. This clinic is the main lifeline for those living below the poverty line, and it needs extra hands to improve health conditions and address public health issues.

We’re looking for both medical professionals and those eager to teach basic first-aid and hygiene. Whether you’re a healthcare expert or simply want to help the community learn essential hygiene practices—like handwashing and brushing teeth—you can play a key role in preventing common health problems. Professionals will lead health camps and dental checkups, while others can help raise awareness in schools and communities, teaching kids life-changing habits that can improve their health now and in the future.

This program will give you hands-on experience in rural healthcare while allowing you to make a lasting difference. Due to limited space, only 4-5 participants can join at a time—so be ready to jump in and contribute!
